Recipe of Pinacolada Cocktail

Recipe of Pinacolada Cocktail:

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces light rum
• 2 ounces pineapple juice
• 1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut
• Pineapple wedge for garnish
• Maraschino cherry for garnish

                                              

Method:

• Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
• Shake well.
• Strain into a chilled cocktail or collins glass.
• Garnish with the pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
